3 yr & 18 month checks

 On April 19th the boys had checkups with the Dr.  Houston was 35inches tall, 29 pounds with a head of 20".  He was off the charts in height & Head circumference and 90% in weight. Matt took offense by the Dr noting that Houston has a huge head but then saying, well look at his Dad. haha. Other than his breathing troubles, which are being treated pretty well now (we took him off his med for a couple weeks and things went bad, so he's back on them again for prob a year, then we'll try him off again to see if he's growing out of it.) he got a  clean bill of Health. Good solid strong boy.

Heath had his 3 yr check up so he got to do some extra cool things. They tested his ears where he had to raise his hand if he heard a beep then put it back down.  He was so cute to watch, he really felt important. Then they tested his eyes. They had several different pictures and when the nurse would ask him what a picture was he'd say, "What is it?" back.  After a while he understood and did really well.  Then they asked him several different questions about colours, animals, and numbers.  He just laid on back and talked and talked. When the Dr was finished asking him things he just kept talking. Matt and I were cracking up.  Our Dr was so patient and kind and listened to all Heath's stories. Heaths 40inches tall and 39 pounds. Good strong healthy boy.
