Walking in a Winter Wonderland

Mom, this one's for you.   : )

Marvelous Past Ahead of You

Mom and Dad had a couple free passes to Silver Dollar City.  We arrived just as the sun was setting. Heath was super excited.  His top priority: ride the little kids roller coaster again!

Matt and Dallin took Heath and Houston on the Roller coaster first thing.  Houston has been too short until this trip.  I think he's too tall for his own good.  Matt said he screamed and buried his face into Matt's shoulder the whole time.  After the ride he kept saying, "Too Fast Huten!"

I think we kind of ruined him for the rest of the trip.  All the other kid rides, the he'd loved last time we visited, he was scared of too. whoops.
The weather was perfect.  Not windy, a bit chilly but not cold.  Perfect!

The lights were all amazing!  I still have no idea how it is possible to get that many lights put up in one week.  They do some quick work.

Grandma treated us to some lumberjack burgers and fries.  Tasty Tasty! Nothing like a picnic outside under the lights in December.

Heath rode this one last ride before we made our way to the exit.  Houston watched, then said that he wanted to ride.  I wasn't so sure, but he ended the night on a good note and really loved the swings.
Dal, Mom, Heath, Dad, Keela, Me, Matt & Houston.  Sterling was at work and was sadly missed.

Fun in Fo Zone

Such a handsome Uncle Dallin
Bob the Cat, as Heath calls him, is the neighbor hood cat that finds a home at Grandma & Grandpa's every now and then.  Houston calls him "BobCat" and loves to follow him around everywhere.

I went upstairs to see if the boys had fallen asleep.  I guess Houston made his way out of the pack and play and found a better place to sleep.  : )
We took a dip in Papa's new "Poolow"  So fun to go for a swim in the hot tub on a cool day.

Heath was super brave and went under the water several times.  He really wanted me to take a picture of him under the water like I'd done for Uncle Sammy this summer.

It's so fun to have Uncles that like to play!
Grandma gave them some hunting stickers.  I think this is the stillest they'd sat all day.

Aunt Kayla made her debut after a LONG 50 or so hour bus ride from Sacramento.  She had all kinds of crazy stories for us after she got over the shock of how tall Dallin and Sterling have gotten.

I'm pretty sure Sterling passes out on the couch every afternoon.  Houston curled up next to him and joined in on the fun.
Papa treated us all to Fuji for dinner.  My was it delicious!

After Fuji we made our way over to Bass Pro so Daddy could try to get some ammunition.

Houston's body language is saying all kinds of, "I don't like this!"

Matt sat out a few mornings hoping to find a deer.  Nothing was seen this year, but the boys sure loved getting excited about "Daddy shooting deers!"

Houston has claimed my Dad's chair as his own.  He fights anyone but my dad to sit in it.  His own little throne.
