Piggy Tails

After Boards Matt went down to Mexico to do eye exams.  Since he left town the kids and I went home to visit my family.  My Sister in Law surprised everyone by coming to town too! We had so much fun with Ambellina and Brittany!

These two were so fun! They are so much alike right now. They love to coo and hug and be cute!

Heath & Houston had a blast with her too.  She is just the sweetest!

Ambellina is SO close to walking. She took a few steps for us while they were here.  Hannah loved being the Boss and showing Ambellina all the trouble she could get into.

I love their expressions.

Grandma was heading up face painting with the youth at the Church Easter Party so we practiced on the boys.

Then the boys practiced on me. .. It was pretty cute. They loved it and kept telling me how beautiful I was while they were painting my face. They did pretty good.

 Can she get any cuter!  I loved soaking up every minute with this little girl!

 Those eyes just kill me.  They are so beautifully blue!  This is totally natural. (no Photoshopping around here)



























These two were just two peas in a pod. Like our make shift baby gate for the stairs? It worked this time.... probably won't next time.

 During Grandpa's lunch break we went to the park and had a picnic of fried chicken in True Grandma Verna Style.  : )

 The boys had a blast trying to stay away from the sharks in the water (me on the wood chips.) and playing in the sunshine. It was a wonderful day!

 These kids played and played so well.  Don't mind that Houston never has a shirt on.... I really do try to keep him clothed most of the time.

 I started giving Hannah a bottle after her birthday. I was feeling SO drained from nursing her. (especially when she was getting up every couple hours in the night to eat.)  About half way through our trip I would say she was fully weaned. It took my body a bit longer to adjust, but it was so nice to sleep! As soon she was fully weaned she started sleeping through the night.  Like going to bed at 7pm and getting up at 8or 9am.  It has changed my whole life! I have so much energy now!

 In true Forsyth style, my Dad has a popcorn pot.   This is a special pot, seasoned just so to make perfect popcorn every time.  It is never washed.

Hannah discovered this magical oily salty pot and was so drawn to it.  If she got out of sight she was usually stand at the cupboard wiping her little finger inside the pot, then licking the salt and oil off of her finger.  Such a little sneaker.

When Brittany and Ambellina arrived,  Hannah showed her how to do it. It was so funny!

 The boys had so much fun on the back porch. Sunshine and water.

























This winter was pretty hard on the outside of our poor van, so we took advantage of the heat and gave it a good scrubdown.  Then the boys helped Sterling with his car.

Grandpa treated us to the "Fire Restaurant!"  Hannah wasn't really scared of the fire at all.

The boys however intentionally wore their jackets so they could cover their faces when the fire happened.  They loved it though.

The next night Heath tripped and fell onto a kitchen chair. His head split right open.  It bled a lot and was in such an odd place that it kept opening back up so we took him in and they glued it shut.

The next day was the Easter party.  Amy and the kids joined us. A fun time was had by all.

It was FREEZING outside but they had a little egg hunt.  The kids had a blast!
