A family in our ward have parents that own an apple orchard just west of St Louis. Every year they have an apple butter making (over an open fire) party on their property after the picking season is over. We were able to join them this year. It was so fun! It was so nice to spend the morning as a family. Matt's been studying so much, so we really enjoyed the time with him.
